Booking an Assessment
If you wish to book an assessment or enquire about services, please contact us here. We endeavour to reply to all enquires within 48 hrs.
Please give your name, contact details and a brief description of your main concern. Upon submission, you will be contacted by one of our team to discuss your referral in more depth.
Please note, your booking is not secure until you receive this phone call. A booking deposit of 10% is also required, and this amount is deducted from the total amount of the assessment fee.
Please note that assessment, feedback and generating of report takes approximately 4 weeks from the initial meeting.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that we require at least 72 hours’ notice for any appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled. Appointments that are missed, late, or cancelled without the appropriate 72 hrs notice period will result in the loss of your booking deposit.
